Hi Oles -

Coherent is a supplier of InP wafers, they produce in a number of places, but I believe Sherman, TX is their main InP manufacturing location.  Their website site suggests they do offer as small as 2” diameter wafers.  Not sure if you can purchase directly or if you purchase through a distributor.

Dear All,

I hope you are well. I'm reaching out to ask for indium phosphide suppliers. Due to restrictions from the Chinese government, InP wafers cannot be exported now. Does anyone know any suppliers or distributors of InP blanks (say 2") that would not be affected by this problem?
