[labnetwork] CHA SE-600 E-beam Help!

Hi lab network,

We hope you are doing well.

We have and old CHA e-beam evaporator in SE-600 family and looking for any available support documentation. So far CHA has not responded with anything. We could really use schematics for electrical and pneumatic, spare parts list, troubleshooting guide.
