If there's a reason we can't make them in house, HTAphotomasks in Vegas is
a good option. https://www.htaphotomask.com/ Fast turn around, good
prices.
We found them when photosciences was having some issues with response
time. https://photosciences.com/ No complaints with them prior to those
issues.
There's a DWL 66 at the nanofab in Madison. A good place for mask blanks
is nanofilm. https://www.nanofilm.com/
