[labnetwork] XeF2 suppliers

Hi Kyle,

We have never been able to successfully order from Pelchem and also found that Linde would no longer supply it to us. Our last supply of XeF2 came from Synquest Laboratories <https://synquestlabs.com/> in 2023.
