Hi Jim,

 

We have a uPG101 at Vanderbilt University and recently went through
troubleshooting to replace a dead hard drive and some electronics boards but
are in good shape now.  As others have mentioned, feel free to reach out
about the specific issue and we may be able to help.

Hi Everyone,

 

We have an older Heidelberg mask writer and we have had some trouble getting
good factory support. Does anyone know a company that does service on these
besides Heidelberg?
