Greetings from Australia.


We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 4th Direct
Write Lithography (DWL
<https://anff.org.au/direct-write-lithography-workshop/>) Workshop and its
accompanying Reactive Ion Etching (RIE) / Plasma Webinar Series (flyer is
attached).


The 4th Direct Write Lithography Workshop will be a hybrid event (in person
+ ZOOM), scheduled for Monday, 2 February 2026, and will be hosted at The
University of Sydney. This workshop is strategically timed to precede the
International Conference on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICONN
<https://iconnference.com/>), offering a valuable opportunity for attendees
to engage with cutting-edge research and developments in the field. Both
events are proudly sponsored by the Australian National Fabrication
Facility (ANFF <https://anff.org.au/>).


The RIE/Plasma Webinar Series is entirely virtual, commencing in early
November, see schedule below. Zoom access will be provided upon
registration (each webinar can be up to 120 min including Q&A).
