Yes, we found Nanovac in Sweden. He responded to my inquiry on this list. I highly recommend him.

I asked a similar question about a year ago when we could not get replacement clamps at any reasonable timeframe from plasma therm. Additionally, PT was not very helpful in helping us determine the root cause of breakage (partly  related to a design change between 770 and Takachi).

In any event, Thomas at Nanovac got me a replacement clamp for my Takachi in 10 days snd at less than 50% the cost of PT, including customs. He’s been helpful with our 770 too. He apparently was involved or in charge of the Apex before it became Takachi. I highly recommend. I had been waiting months for PT and they stopped even responding to my inquiries.
