[labnetwork] Dicing Diamond?

Does anyone have a recipe for dicing 500μm thick Diamond substrates?
Is such a thing even possible (I assume Diamond Grit vs. Diamond Substrate
is a losing proposition?)

Let me know how you've handled this situation if it's come up - eg. Laser
dicing (stealth/cutting) @ Disco service perhaps?
