[labnetwork] Solvent Bench PPE

To clarify:

  * Solvents - Goggles + 1 pair of Nitrile gloves
  * Piranah/RCA - 1 pair of Nitrile + TWO pairs of Microflex 93-260 +
    Tychem 2000 + Face shield
  * HF - 1 pair of Nitrile + TWO pairs of Microflex 93-260 + full sleeve
    PVC apron (Ansell AlphaTec 56-910) + Face shield (strict usage
    policy requiring users to pull the second pair of Microflex gloves
    over the sleeves of the apron, no gaps). Single use and throw,
    de-glove medical style only after 1min DI rinse.

Some folks use reuse trionic gloves, but I found that exposed to 
cleanroom air, these gloves disintegrate or show cracks. You can save 
them for longer if placed in a sealed plastic bag, but in my view, the 
risk is not worth the miniscule cost savings.
