[labnetwork] Looking for a FAB with STEPPER capabilities

Sorry to say our I-line steppers are 6” max, and our DUV (248nm) stepper is
4”.
Either of these can do 1µm repeatably.

But your customer would need to core their wafers unfortunately.

Atomica & Teledyne Scientific might be able to help, one of those might
have 8” steppers.
