[labnetwork] CPD CO2 Cylinder Usage

Hi Travis,

We have a scale for our CO2 cylinder and track the weight with CPD use.  
With our system, we get about 5 CPD runs before the cylinder has to be 
changed.  These 5 runs will not empty the cylinder completely, so we 
attach the nearly empty cylinder to a Sno-Gun to use up the rest of the CO2.
