[labnetwork] CPD CO2 Cylinder Usage

Hello Travis,

We have a Leica CPD. Users run about 12-24 cycles per recipe, and about 30 recipes per 2 months. We have a dual stage pressure regulator on the cylinders to monitor the amount of CO2 in the tank. The cylinders arrive with about 820 psi and I replace them when they get to 795 psi.

Hi Travis,

We have a scale for our CO2 cylinder and track the weight with CPD use.  With our system, we get about 5 CPD runs before the cylinder has to be changed.  These 5 runs will not empty the cylinder completely, so we attach the nearly empty cylinder to a Sno-Gun to use up the rest of the CO2.
