They’re bankrupt. You can contact the former West coast guy for them for more info. He may know a person in your region.

We’re frustrated because we bought from them in 2025 specifically because I figured they’d been around forever and they would be around forever. Nope.

Subject: [labnetwork] West·Bond 7372E manual die bonder

[EXTERNAL EMAIL]

Dear all,

We have a West·Bond 7372E manual die bonder in our facility that has not yet been commissioned. We are currently attempting to contact West·Bond for documentation and technical support; however, their website appears to be down and phone contact has not been successful.

I would appreciate any information from the community regarding the current operational status of West·Bond. Specifically:

  * Is West·Bond still actively operating?
  * Has the company been acquired or restructured?
  * Are there alternative contacts for technical support, manuals, or spare parts?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Best,

 / Trieu Nguyen, PhD
