Does anyone have any good contacts for reclaiming Silicon wafers?
We generate ~200-300 wf per year of 4” Si with SiO2/SiN films on then (from
deposition calibrations),
And would like to reclaim them back to “low particle count” (preferred) or
just “prime grade” (useful for other cals), asl long as it’s cheaper than
brand new.
Thanks!
