The UGIM Planning and Steering Committees look forward to seeing you 
there, old friends and new. A few announcements:

  * *New Working Group: <https://ugim2026.stanford.edu/working-groups>*
    Brian Olmsted from the University of Minnesota Nano Center is
    leading a working group on fee structures. Please contact him (cc'ed
    here) if you are interested in participating.

  * *Sponsors: <https://ugim2026.stanford.edu/our-sponsors> *This year's
    exhibit space is open to the public and we have a great group of
    sponsors. There is space remaining so if there are any vendors you
    know and would like to see at UGIM 2026, please have them get in
    touch with us at ugim2026-info at stanford.edu.

  * *Important Dates <https://ugim2026.stanford.edu/>:*
      o *Registration:*
          + *May 31:* End of Early Bird registration (with 20% discount).
          + *June 1:* Late registration begins (rates 20% higher than
            Early Bird.)
      o *Presentations*
          + *May 6: *Last day for early abstract submissions for
            presentations.
          + *May 7: *Late abstract submissions for presentations begin
            to be accepted for consideration.
          + *May 31:* Notification to presenters of early abstract
            acceptance.
          + *June 15:* Notification to presenters of late abstract
            acceptance.
