Hi Mike,

I recently got our Advanced Energy RF-5S generator repaired by https://www.odysseyrf.com/ for a flat rate of roughly $3k. They did an excellent job. When I received it, the RF PS wouldn’t power on. The interlock jumper on our PS was different from the manual. Fortunately, they documented our PS configuration when they received it and was able to very quickly identify the correct jumper position for the PS to work. I actually did take a photo of the jumper before sending it out, but when I checked the photo I couldn’t tell where the black jumper is located on the black connector.

Apparently, they have been paying a flat rate $4250 for rebuild.

We have also purchased refurbished units from Class One for our plasma therm.

Hi all,

Our PlasmaPro 100 ICP RF unit has failed, and I was wondering if anyone knows a trusted source for repairs like this.

The unit is deprecated, and the solution available through Oxford is only to purchase a refurbished unit.
