[labnetwork] Used/refurbished fab equipment suppliers

Hi David,
We also had a terrible experience with CAE. We were "lucky" enough to
receive the tool we purchased only a few months after it was promised,
following their loss of the shipment. However, it arrived in substantially
worse condition than the images showed including missing pieces that were
visible in the advertised images.  They were completely unhelpful when we
tried to reach out for support to solve the problems they caused including
tracking down the missing parts. To be honest, I have yet to meet anyone
who has had a good experience working with them.

We have had a good experience selling with Moov, but we haven't purchased
anything from them.

For equipment purchases we have had good luck buying locally from other fab
businesses or startups that are upgrading or closing down. We have also
been more lucky than not purchasing equipment off of eBay of all places.
