[labnetwork] Used/refurbished fab equipment suppliers

Ditto on CAE.

Based on my experience, unless you are really budget constrained and have
no other choice, I would avoid purchasing used equipment. You often end up
inheriting someone else's problem. Even used equipment from an OEM has
proven to be problematic for us.If you must purchase use equipment, we've
had reasonably good experiences with Moov.
