[labnetwork] Laser facet coating tools

Hi all,

We are looking to acquire a deposition tool that would be used mainly for multilayer HR/AR stacks for laser/SOA facets. I have done some research on the subject and have been looking mostly at ion beam assisted electron beam deposition tools, an example being the integrity system from Denton.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this system or recommendations for other similar options? I would also be interested to hear opinions on IBD vs IBAD for these types of applications.
