[labnetwork] Looking for user experience: TPT HB100 automatic wire bonder

Hi all,

We're looking at the TPT HB100 fully automatic desktop wire bonder for our lab, and I'd like to hear from anyone who has one or has run one.

Two things I'm most interested in:


  1.  Reliability. How it has held up over time, any recurring problems or weak spots, how much downtime you've seen, and how responsive TPT has been when something goes wrong.


  1.  On-site service in Southern California. Whether you've been able to get local field service, and any service contacts or third-party techs you'd be willing to pass along.
