[labnetwork] Raith EBPG 5150+ holder movement issues

Dear Dan,

I don't have experience of this Raith machine, but my experience of
stage related errors would lead me to advise that you should accurately
map the size and position of the errors for the whole stage.
If there is a mechanical problem, then the errors will occur in a
pattern which will give clues as to what is causing the errors.
For example, in one case I dealt with, the out of spec data was mapped
and occurred often at the same X address. It was due to a damaged X
leadscrew thread.
