Our cleanroom has had some less than stellar results as well. Heidelberg did get us back up and running but it always takes too long due to what I would blame on Time Zone differences.

Hello James,

We have an old Heidelberg mask writer at Nanofab Facility at University of Miami that encountered some issues. We reached out to Heidelberg US, and after some troubleshooting, it was determined that we needed to replace the entire PC. They managed to resolve the issue, and although it took a long time, the machine is now fully functional.
