[labnetwork] Has anyone used Nine Scrolls / Tyloong?

Has anyone worked with or bought a Nine Scrolls / Tyloong instrument (ICP,
RIE, etc?) It seems like Nine Scrolls is a US distributor for China based
Tyloong Semiconductor.

The pricing is nice but I have a bunch of concerns but maybe there's an
opportunity - would love experience from anyone.
