Osiris got bought out by a larger company and drama ensued. Not sure if Osiris still functions as a company, but most of the team reincorporated under On-Nano. Not certain, but if you contacted them they might be willing to help.

Subject: [labnetwork] OSIRIS HMDS Ovens

Good afternoon,
Here at the University of New Mexico we have 2 Osiris table top HMDS ovens.
They have both failed for different reasons. My attempts to gather information from the manufacturer has been met with little information and
then no replies at all. I have schematics, which help. Does anyone else use these ovens? Have you had issues with them?
While I am trying to fix the problems with these, my director would like information on other table top units.
I look forward to responses.

Best regards,

Mark Hofheins
