[labnetwork] Troubleshooting Help

Hi Labnetwork,

My name is Joey Vo and I am a staff with the USC Nanofabrication lab. I hope I am writing to the right place. I would like to post an issue I am having with a SUSS MABA6 Mask Aligner to see if anyone on the forum has a solution.

The issue is with the LED Lamphouse Communication. We have verified the Driver Boards and LED Lamphouse & Fans are operational and suspect the issue may be an issue with the USB to RS-485 converter. We are waiting for a new converter to be delivered but would like to check for other possible solutions in the meantime.
