Hi Trieu,

West bond doesn't exist anymore.  Due to the new tariff and taxes structure, the company doesn't have any revenue and decided to close the company.

I do have a contact person from West bond who was with the west bond for 19 years and is willing to service my west bond boner at SLAC. I will reach out to him and email you later.

We have a West·Bond 7372E manual die bonder in our facility that has not yet been commissioned. We are currently attempting to contact West·Bond for documentation and technical support; however, their website appears to be down and phone contact has not been successful.

I would appreciate any information from the community regarding the current operational status of West·Bond. Specifically:

  *   Is West·Bond still actively operating?
  *   Has the company been acquired or restructured?
  *   Are there alternative contacts for technical support, manuals, or spare parts?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
