[labnetwork] Source for recycling old quartz masks and teflon parts?

Hey all,

We have a large number of old quartz masks and worn out teflon cassettes, piece holders, etc.. Instead of trashing it all we want to recycle as much of it as we can. Does anyone have recycling solutions for old quartz and/or teflon?
