[labnetwork] UGIM 2026 Updates!

Dear Labnetwork --

Here are a few updates about UGIM 2026 which is coming up soon (in July):

  * *Early Bird Sponsorship ends tomorrow.* Sponsorship fees increase
    20% on April 1. (Check out our current sponsor list
    <https://ugim2026.stanford.edu/our-sponsors> as of March 27-- room
    for plenty more!)

  * *Lodging.*  A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the
    Stanford Guest House <https://rde.stanford.edu/stanford-guest-house>
    for check-in on July 18/check out July 22. These rooms are furnished
    with a single, Queen bed and are available to registered academic
    attendees. Please be aware that the Guest House is located nearby on
    the SLAC campus, so guests must bring government-issued ID and may
    be subject to additional screening. Registered attendees can contact
    UGIM2026-info at stanford.edu <mailto:UGIM2026-info at stanford.edu> for
    portal login information. (We also expect to be able to offer dorm
    rooms for academic attendees, once the university portal is open.)

And please remember -- it's not to early to start participating! Submit 
an abstract for a presentation and/or a lightning talk, participate in a 
working group, or just reach out if there's anything you'd like to support.
