[labnetwork] October EBL short course at Georgia Tech

Hello all-

We are having our 3rd EBL short course this October 20,21 at Georgia Tech. This is a great course for those new to EBL. We use an Elionix ELS-G100 system, but we cover the fundamentals and so it is appropriate regardless of the EBL system you use. Additionally, we cover follow on processing such as liftoff and etch.
