Hi David,

I have heard exactly the same thing and more about CAE. I’ve also heard
selling to them has been a real trial for some.

On a brighter note, we have bought from and sold to Class one in the past
and they were excellent even sending technicians to us to pack up the
equipment.

Kind regards

Subject: [labnetwork] Used/refurbished fab equipment suppliers

Hello Labnetwork,

We're looking for recommendations for sellers of used and refurbished fab
equipment. Are there any vendors you've had good experiences with?

Also, a word of warning:

We purchased a used benchtop tool in as-is condition with CAE Online and it
has been a truly horrible experience. Despite paying in full a year ago, we
have still not received our equipment, nor even a ship date, and their staff
and management are extremely unhelpful or willing to refund our money. We
have never encountered such customer-hostile policies before. Please don't
fall for their boasting about being the world's leading supplier of used fab
equipment!

Best regards,

David
