[labnetwork] Curious about issues with Dektak Pro software

YUP! Ours is about 1.5 years old.  We found it was related to shutting off the monitor with the software running.  We use the monitor as an interlock for our facilities management software.

Howdy All,
We recently acquired a Dektak Pro surface profilometer from Bruker and are having persistent problems with the software freezing. We rarely had this issue with our older DektakXT. They updated from software version 6.14 on August 8th to 6.8 on August 27th, so curious if they are having issues with bugs. Is anyone else experiencing problems?
